Let's be honest for a change!

Becoming slim and healthy is not a quick fix, a short time project, or an easy painless solution.

There is a BIG, ENORMOUS, HUGE, VAST. MASSIVE, and COLOSSAL reason for that.

  • If you are a druggie and are using Heroin, or whatever drug you like, it is hard to kick the habit! But some people do and never again take drugs!
  • If you drink alcohol, you can get rid of being alcoholic! Doing it is not easy, and it takes years to get rid of alcoholism! But many people do!

You get off drug by going into a rehab center, having a hard time until your body gets rid of the habit! The same goes for alcohol. Either you go into a Rehab, or enlist into an AA group, and carry the fight against alcohol for years!

When it comes to food addiction, being obese or overweight, people expect a miraculous trick! a pill, a quick solution, a non suffering experience, a surgery, etc.

The whole stark naked truth is that

A. Overweight people do not consider themselves druggies!

B. When you get rid of a drug, you can live without it, as hard as it may be. The same goes for alcohol. BUT, you can NEVER stop eating
